On-Call

When you call us, we come to your place of business and do what you need to have done.

For this service we will bill you our On-Call Rates with a two hour minimum.

Our After Hours Rates apply if the work
needs to be done between 6PM and 7AM on weekdays or on weekends or holidays.

On-Call On-Site Business Hours $115.00 per Hour with a two Hour Minimum

On-Call On-Site After Hours $135.00 per Hour with a two Hour Minimum

Hour Blocks

Here you would purchase a block of hours ahead of time and call us much like the On-Call Plan. Hour Blocks come in Ten Hour, Twenty-Five Hour, One Hundred Hour and Two Hundred Fifty Hour increments.
There would still be a two hour minimum but the hourly rate for an Hour Block would be less than the On-Call and there would be no After Hour Rates.

Remote Support

With a Remote Support Plan we would need to document your network and then enable our engineers to access your network remotely in a secure manner. After this initial investment, you would call us when you are experiencing problems and one our engineers would remotely access your network to resolve the problem.

The advantages to this are twofold:
First, we can respond very quickly from wherever one of our engineers is located; Second, we will bill you in fifteen minute increments with no minimum based on whatever rate plan you are using (On-Call, Hour Blocks, or On-Site).

On-Site

On-Site is by far our most popular plan because we manage your computers at your place of business on a schedule just like your own IT department would. We also give you your own ticket system for your employees to enter service requests and for you to monitor our performance and to get reports on what is happening with your computer network. We offer a variety of options that are flexible enough to meet your needs.
